API Testing

Overview

Bitassert API Testing helps you create, execute, and analyze API test workflows within a unified project workflow.

It supports manual step authoring, Postman collection import, AI-assisted validation and extraction suggestions, reusable Step Groups, Test Run Configs, and detailed Test Results.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure:

  • You are logged in and in the correct organization and project.
  • You have edit-enabled project access (not Read Only).
  • is connected for local-agent-dependent execution flows.
  • You have a valid API testcase context (new or existing).

Getting Started with API Testing
