Getting Started
Guides for authoring, running and analysing tests across web automation, API and performance — plus setup, collaboration and release notes.
Plans, Licensing & Limits
Bitassert uses a scalable SaaS subscription model. Subscriptions are module-based — Web, API, and Performance are licensed separately with per-module pricing. Standard and Enterprise plans set base limits for organizations, team size, storage, execution duration, and performance concurrency. Modules can be added or configured individually on top of those plan tiers.
Licensed modules
- Web, API, and Performance — each licensed separately with per-module pricing
- AI-assisted features
- Unlimited test cases (per licensed module)
- Unlimited cloud and local executions (within plan limits)
- CI/CD integrations
Standard vs Enterprise
| Limit | Standard | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|
| Orgs per license | 1 org / 5 licenses | 1 org / 2 licenses |
| Projects per org | 5 | 5 |
| Team users per license | 2 | 5 |
| Data retention | 30 days | 180 days |
| Storage | 1 GB | 5 GB |
| Max execution time | 60 minutes | 240 minutes |
| Concurrent API users | 100 | 500 |

Where limits apply in the product
- Create Organization — requires a licensed account linked to your profile (see ).
- Performance load model — Virtual Users cannot exceed Concurrent API Users for your plan (see ).
- Cloud runs — runs cannot exceed Max execution time; performance runs may stay QUEUED if capacity is unavailable (see ).
- Test Results — older results may roll off after the data retention window for your plan.
Expected outcome
You understand how module licensing works alongside Standard and Enterprise base limits — organizations, team size, run duration, performance concurrency, storage, and result retention — and where to adjust usage or request an upgrade.
Common issues
- Cannot create organization: your profile needs a licensed account — contact support to attach a license.
- Performance run queued: virtual users may exceed Concurrent API Users, or cloud devices/licenses are unavailable.
- Run stopped at time limit: execution exceeded Max execution time for your plan — shorten the testcase load model or upgrade.
- Older results missing: data may have passed the retention period for your plan.
