Debug checklist

Work through this checklist in order before reporting an issue. It resolves most common problems across Web, API, and Performance.

   For local runs, make sure the Local Agent is launched and connected.

   For cloud runs, confirm a valid Test Run Config and run tag are selected.

   Check that test data variables resolve and referenced assets exist.

   Review run statusAll

   In Test Results, check the status: QUEUED, IN_PROGRESS, COMPLETED, FAILED, STOPPED, or CANCELLED.

   Open the result and inspect step-level detail; export a Bug Report where available.

   Confirm the load model, data source, and plan limits (Virtual Users, Max execution time).
